  • Break It Down Together: Dissect the challenge. Call out bias, civility gaps, and systemic barriers. Ask: What would cultural humility—and Indigenous wisdom—look like here?
  • Solutions That Stick: Design bold, practical fixes to take back to your ED tomorrow.
  • Reflect & Lead: Name one Indigenous cultural lesson you’ll carry forward to change how you lead, connect, or advocate in the ED.
