We’ve secured an outstanding deal exclusively for our delegates:
Room rate includes daily breakfast for 2 adults.
- Max room occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Children age 12 years and over are counted as adults.
- Upto 2 children(age under 12yo) can stay in room for free if sharing existing bedding. During booking, please book for 2 adults and add note in comments that 2 children will stay and their ages. A surcharge of 288, 000 VND net per child per night will be charged at check in for their breakfast (age 6-11yo).
- If 3 adults staying in 1 room, hotel system will automatically add a surcharge of VND 1, 150, 000 nett (for additional bed and extra adult breakfast).

We are not responsible for any booking changes, cancellations, or disputes with the hotel. However, if you’re having issues getting the conference rate and our group allocation isn’t sold out, we’re happy to help mediate where possible.
